Now Hiring: Field Sales Project Manager – Western Pennsylvania
Shell Roofing & Exteriors is looking for a motivated, confident and driven Field Sales Project Manager to join our growing team in Western Pennsylvania.
This is a field-based sales and project management role where you’ll meet homeowners, inspect homes, identify needs, develop solutions, close business and stay involved from the initial consultation through project completion.
We’re looking for someone who is competitive, organized, comfortable talking with people and takes pride in doing things right. Experience is encouraged, but drive, communication and work ethic matter more.
About This Role:
- Base Salary + Commission Six-figure earning potential with commission that increases as you reach established sales benchmarks. Paid industry-specific training included
- Leads Provided You won’t start from zero. Shell provides leads while giving you the opportunity to build your own business through referrals, networking and other activities
- Own Your Projects Manage your customer relationships and projects from the initial consultation through completion while working closely with homeowners, crews and our team
- Experience Is Encouraged. Drive Matters More. Sales, construction, roofing, remodeling or project management experience is a plus, but not required
- Be Comfortable in the Field Meet with homeowners, inspect properties and safely access residential roofs to evaluate exterior conditions
- Take Ownership Manage multiple projects, communicate clearly and make sure each job meets Shell’s standards
- Team Environment Work with a local team that values good communication, accountability, hard work and a positive work environment
